How To Shop Online

Shopping online may seem like a dangerous idea. Which, sometimes this is the case. I've heard of many horror stories about buying used items on eBay and Amazon. I also have plenty of very poor experiences myself in that spectrum. I can tell you about that later. As your friend in the online shopping world, I'm going to explain what to consider when shopping online. Read this article and you'll know what you need to know about online shopping.

1. ARE YOU PURCHASING FROM A VENDOR OR THE COMPANY?

99% of online stores are supported by only vendors. Vendors are typically people that buy and sell random things out of there house. So they likely don't have much knowledge about what they are selling. At For The Low, we DO NOT have vendors.

2. DOES THE ITEM INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

You should buy from somewhere that offers at least a 3 month warranty. The warranty should cover your satisfaction with the product. All products at For The Low include a Lifetime Warranty and are guaranteed to meet and exceed YOUR expectations. View our Satisfaction Guarantee here.

3. PACKAGING

There is a specific set of guidelines that should be followed when boxing an item. You can only hope the person you're buying from packs their items well. We take extreme pride in our packaging and you can see that by checking out our boxing process here

4. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OFFERED?-

You should consider messaging the person or company just to see if they reply. This will shed some light on what you can expect after purchasing. If you receive a reply, that's a good sign. If you don't receive a reply, maybe you should buy somewhere else. At For The Low, we offer product support for basic things. We also have resources that will help with operating your device.

 5. REVIEWS-

You should check up on the person or business reviews. Avoid places with negative reviews of course. You can see our only 3 reviews here. Two of them are myself and my girlfriend. It's kind of amazing, we've sold 300 things. Yet, we only have 3 ish reviews.

6. WHAT EXACTLY WILL YOU RECEIVE?

You should confirm what is included with your purchase. Just the DVD player? The DVD player, the Remote, manual and cords? Everything at For The Low will include everything that the manufacturer included with the exception of obsolete cabling.

Hopefully you found this information useful and thank you for reading this far. Please contact me if you have any questions. I love getting messages from customers.
